COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lake Shore 760-0024 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mancome product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetrol such as the 0805223322 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H050F322NQBAEZZZZ manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LSD1743A by Manufacturer Mancome as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand RK854 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lundahl-Instruments such as DCU5WG equipment made by Lundahl-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lundahl-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lundahl-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BCL31R1F100W made by Leuze as well as the popular 581352 original spares produced by Leuze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 08283034008ABAA2B045 by Magnetrol and DCU5WG spares by Lundahl-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CT30600BH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze. |
